Apni body ko app kease fit rakhe.



Hello friends,

Health Is Wealth Aaj mein appko batayege apne body ki care kease ki jaaye. friends boys ho ya girls aaj ke time main life itne busy hain ki kya btaey, Dosto!  aesa nhi hain' jab Insaan itna work main busy ho, To usko health ki care karne ka time nhi milta.

Jisse kuch time bad afsoos hota hain kaash  health ki care kar li hoti to aaj health naa kharab na hoti.

 Aapne dhehka hoga cattears ki shop per junk food log zyada pasand karte hain...
yahi ek wajha hain over fat ki or office main kuch lunch jaldi jaldi lunch kiya phir work karne lage, In sabse app over fat ho jata hain.


Agar aap kuch kha rhe rho to kuch time thelo khana digest karo phir work karo yahi choti choti galtiyo se aap problam main aa jate ho.

 Fast food ko alvida khena phalega..aapko aese chieze diet plan invole karna hain jo fat loss ke lea ho and aapko Protine wali chize le sakte ho, jease, egg but (white wala part), milk but creem Nikla hua and green tea bhe pee sakte hain

* Zeera  (cumin) 

Be Energetic Friends zeera isko english main (cumin) bhe khete hai. jha tak sab ki ghar main use hota hain. khane main or gharo main asani se mil jata hain.

aapne kabhi ye socha isse bhe fat loss kar sakte hain. isko btane se phele main aapko ye btadu zeera ka pani aapka sahara hoga and baaki jo tips main aapko btaugi aap use karna magar jo most important hain.

13)  Aloe Vera and Amla Juice
