Lunch ke pehle aapko ek halka meal lena bahut jaruri hain.
 jisme aap fruits, nuts, snacks etc stuffs le sakte hai.

4) Juice (रस)
*Lunch around 1:30 noon-
Lunch ki liye aap apna normal diet le sakte hain.

6) अंडा / मछली / मुर्गा
