Foods To Eat Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Chart


 Health Is Wealth Friends  Apne din ki starting nimbu pani mein honey milakar piya kare. Iske peene se aapke body par over fat loss karne main help karta hain. jaldi subah uthkar nimbu pani se aapka (Metabolism) strong banata hain.

Be Energetic Friends dinabhar ke khaane mein sabase zyada dehan breakfast par kare. Bahut se girls and boys fat  loss karane ke chakkar mein breakfast nahi lete lekin,
vegyaaniko ke research agar maane to daily theek se breakfast liya jae to body bahut fit rheti hain.

Breakfast ya khaane mein hamesha ek jaisee food na khae kabhi doodh ke saath daliya le sakate hain, ya kabhi veg sandwich poha or upama bhee le sakate hain.Health Is Wealth

Breakfast  mein – (8 am)



1 bowl Egg, 3 piece brown bread, 1 banana or 1 cup green tea.


Lunch time – (1 pm)


2 roti 1 cup brown rise green tamatar ke saath.


Evening time – (4 pm)


2 piece brown bread with bowl egg/ 2 veg sandwich with green chutney.


Dinner time – (8 pm)


1 cup moog ki daal, 2 roti or green salad or dahi ki saath le.

Early mornings:-

 Nimbu ek warm water ke saath.

Tea bina sugar ki saath or 2 biscuit ke saath.


Breakfast time:- (8 am)

 2 Roti + 1/2 cup paneer sabzi ke saath.

Brown bread uppma 1 plet +milk 1 cup.


Mid-Morning:- (11 am)

1 Banana/1/2 cup Watermelon/grapes.

Lunch time:-

Brown rise 1 cup + mix salad + Salad 1 bowl + dahi Raita salad.



Evening time:- (4 pm)

Mosambi juice/ Apple/ black coffee.



Dinner time :- (8 pm)

Moog ki daal or 2 roti  + Vegetable Soup 1 bowl + Salad bowl.
